Our Apartment is located in the heart of Balaton, in a most popular city on the North side of the Lake.

Chill Apartment located in a quiet street, in a pleasant and calm surroundings. The Lake, beaches, restaurants and pubs as well as the historical part of the city is within an easy distance.

The Apartment House has 2 fully renovated large apartment.One of them can accomodate 8 people and the other can accommodate 7 people.

Both apartments have a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view of the Tihany peninsula.

Parking and wifi is available free of charge.

The garden is well looked after, perfect for a nice summer evening picnic.

Chill Apartment Rules & Conditions

● Check In/Out

Normal check in time starts at 3 pm, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later check in ( if arranged in advance) .

Check out time is 11 am.

● Apartman keys

The keys will be handed over to the guest on arrival, and will be collected on departure. Please let Us know in advance what time you are leaving the apartman.

● Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside the house.Please use the ashtrays.

● Refund

There will be no refund for early departures.

● Valuables

Although the Apartment Owners take the responsible steps to ensure the safety of all guests' possessions guests retain final responsibility for their belongings.

● Parking

Parking is available free of charge for all Apartment guests.

● Noise

Avoid making noise or disturbing the other apartment guest, musical instruments, televisions, stereos and/or any other source of amplified sounds shall not disturb or annoy other guests.

We shall pay particular atte ntion to limiting noise between 10pm and 8am.

● When living

-Sink shall be cleaned, dirty dishes shall be washed.

-Trash/ garbage shall be thrown away.

-If You rent the whole apartment ( both floors) all kitchen equipment shall be placed back to its original place.

-taps shall be turned off and light shall be switched off.

-Windows shall be closed.

● Guest

Any person staying in the Apartment are not entitled to bring unauthorized guest(s) to stay in the Apartment.

● Your Liabilities

We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to Our property by your acts or omissions, default or neglect.

● Our Apartment offers self catering option only.

On arrival we provide: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dish towel and towels.
